Welcome to A1 Countertops. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. 1. Service Provision

A1 Countertops specialized in stone fabrication and installation services. All projects are subject to material availability and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that do not meet our safety or structural standards. Timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by material sourcing or site conditions.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required before fabrication commences. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. Prices are subject to change based on final measurements and material selection.

3. Natural Stone Variation

Please be advised that granite, marble, and quartzite are natural products. Variations in color, pattern, texture, and veining are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects. Samples provided represent the general appearance but do not guarantee an exact match to the final slab installed.

4. Liability and Warranty

A1 Countertops warrants the craftsmanship of the installation for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chemical exposure, or structural settling. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tampa, FL.6.
